Ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals, groups, and businesses effectively volunteer their time for wildlife conservation and the environment.

Members of under-represented communities are strongly encouraged to apply to increase representation in the wildlife conservation volunteer space. These communities could be but are not limited to: Indigenous groups, persons of color, LGBTQ+, 1st and 2nd generation immigrants, niche conservation / environmental non-profit groups, etc.
Our goal is not to “check a diversity box” (performative inclusion), but instead, to “pass a diversity skills check” (inclusion to enable and empower conservation work in and through under-represented communities so that we can truly serve EVERY conservation volunteer).
Regional: The ideal candidate would be heavily engaged in conservation efforts in their home region, anywhere in the world, but with a strong preference at this time towards those who reside primarily in North America (USA, Canada, and Mexico).
