As a family-owned business operated by fourth-generation Inland Northwest outdoorsmen, our connection to the local landscape began over 100 years ago. We are committed to preserving wild places so our grandchildren can continue enjoying these woods for another 100 years and beyond.

Our mission is to elevate the quality of this industry by providing a real solution for buyers of residential and commercial properties in the community. We strive to create new levels of customer communication and care.

In addition to residential and commercial property inspections, we offer mold and radon testing, sewer line inspections, and more. We have over 40 years combined experience in all phases of residential, commercial, and industrial construction, which allows us to offer the highest quality of inspection expertise available.
