Jeff Sposito grew up in Northern California in a commercial cattle ranching family. He began and developed a passion for hunting and conservation at a young age guided by his grandfather who was also a passionate hunter conservationist. Jeff received a B.S. degree in Ag Business and is currently an associate for SITKA Gear in Bozeman, MT where he resides with his wife and two daughters.
Lyle Hebel was born in Montana and grew up one state lower in Wyoming. After graduating from Montana State University with a degree in graphic design, Hebel ventured off to explore other creative opportunities, but the Rocky Mountains and the western culture were too hard to shake. In 2004 Hebel joined Massive Studios (massive.net) as a lead designer and web developer. In addition to a past Region 3 Director for the Montana Bowhunters Association, Lyle has provided marketing support to countless other non-profit conservation related organizations.
Brent Walker was born and raised in a small town in Southeast Idaho. He attended Brigham Young University – Idaho for an undergraduate degree in Accounting, then moved to the Midwest where he received a Master’s Degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University. A desire to be back in the Rocky Mountains led him to Bozeman, MT where he currently is a Certified Public Accountant at Rudd & Company PLLC. In addition to serving on the Bozeman Chapter committee of the Mule Deer Foundation, Brent has assisted many non-profits with accounting services throughout his career.
Randy Newberg, host and producer of Fresh Tracks and On Your Own Adventures, has become the face of self-guided hunting on the public lands of the West. Randy takes viewers to remote locations, showing the uncommon experiences available to the common hunters of America. As an avid conservationist, Randy advocates on behalf of hunters, educating his audience in the role hunters have played in restoring wildlife to American in what he calls “The greatest story never told.” Randy shares his passion for our public lands, a place for all hunters,” whether they are, or are not, a man of means.”
Jack Gilbert co-founded Mountain Hardwear, Inc. in 1993 and served as President until 2005. Jack also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at The North Face and served as President of Sierra Designs. Jack received an A.B degree in Political Science from Stanford University in 1966. He is a passionate fly fisherman and currently serves on the board for Simms Fishing Products and Hydroflask.
